Private meetings are available by appointment only. References to South West London and Central London describe the principal service area and do not represent multiple branch offices.
Services and written terms
Property management, lettings, tenant-find, rent-collection, refurbishment coordination and property advisory services are provided only under agreed written terms setting out scope, fees and responsibilities. Legal, tax, mortgage, surveying, planning and regulated investment advice must be obtained from appropriately qualified professionals.
Fees and VAT
Landlord service fees are published on our Fees page. Where a price is stated as plus VAT, VAT is charged at the prevailing rate. Any VAT registration number applicable to an invoice will appear on the relevant VAT invoice. Third-party costs are separate only where the service agreement permits them and the applicable approval process has been followed.
Redress scheme
Lettings agents and property managers in England are generally required to belong to a government-approved redress scheme when carrying out regulated work. Contract Homes will publish the confirmed scheme name and membership number here when applicable membership details have been verified. Clients should request written confirmation before instruction if a redress scheme is relevant to the proposed service.
Client Money Protection
A property agent in England that holds client money must belong to an approved Client Money Protection scheme and display its certificate. Contract Homes will publish its confirmed provider, membership number and certificate before accepting or holding client money where that requirement applies. Please do not transfer rent, deposits or other client money until you have received verified written payment and protection details.
Tenancy deposits
Where Contract Homes receives responsibility for a tenancy deposit, it will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable tenancy-deposit legislation and the relevant government-authorised scheme. Scheme details and prescribed information will be supplied for the individual tenancy.

Contract Homes Ltd is the data controller for personal information described in our Privacy Policy. Data protection enquiries should be sent to contact@contracthomes.co.uk. Any registration or fee required under data-protection law will be maintained as applicable.
